I Hate People, People Hate Me is a CBC Gem Original. On Tuesday November 7, all episodes will be available to stream on CBC Gem in Canada, and the first two episodes will be available on the CBC Comedy YouTube channel. Perpetually disturbed by the world around them, two friends navigate their lives as outliers in Toronto's queer community. This offbeat comedy explores queer identity in a time when queerness has not only been mainstreamed, but commodified. Creator and writer Bobbi Summers poses the question - who wants to fit in with society anyway? The CBC Gem original series stars Summers, Lily Kazimiera, Alden McWayne and is Directed by Blake Mawson. I Hate People, People Hate Me is produced by LoCo Motion Pictures with Lauren Corber, Evan Dell'Aquila, and Lisa Filipelli serving as executive producers.
