Full title reads: “West Ham. 'Phantom Football' Football fans pack every ground - despite fog blanket - to see (!) their favourites succeed or fail in long trail to Wembley. (Chelsea 3 - West Ham 1).“ Upton Park, West Ham, London. Players from West Ham team run out onto pitch followed by Chelsea team. The two captains toss a coin - they both look cold. Various shots of football match in fairly foggy conditions. In some places you can hardly see what is happening. We see some goals scored (just!). N.B.
