Группа “Проба-1000“ - 1984/1986 Gruppa “Proba-1000“ - 1984/1986 Group “Trial-1000“ - 1984/1986 Proba-1000 was a soviet “funk-jazz-fusion“ group, who had a completely unique new wave sound which was unheard of in the soviet union's amateur circle at that point. Formed in 1984 by Alexey Poznakharev, a famous soviet poet and lyricist who had also written many of the song's lyrics, the tapes were copied and shared in the underground community countless times. Proba-1000's style was incredibly different from most ameteur groups of that time, the sound of which inspired Dmitry Chetvergov when he attended a VIA Arsenal concert, as the group's songs focused more on people and personal qualities such as decency and friendship, rather than the usual topics in music of that time, such as televisions, telephones, and walkmans. The band released two albums on reel-to-reel in total, this video is a combination of them, 1984's “Double-1&quo
