Black Sabbath played their first shows behind the rusting Iron Curtain in November and December 1989. I want to say they played 8 shows in both Moscow and Leningrad (2 a day for 4 days straight). As far as I know, only two of the shows were recorded, both on the same date (11/25/1989) one being done in the afternoon and the other in the evening. Must of been hell for Tony Martin's voice. Anyway, for at least one of the shows, Iommi played “Apache“. Supposedly he had played it a couple times during the “B
