(We used free range pork lard) King prawns Kaffir lime leaf Coriander Pickled or fresh ginger Toasted organic sesame oil Sea salt Pepper (either Sichuan or white pepper) Chilli flakes (togarashi) Organic Egg white Gluten free bread or toasted nori seaweed Toasted sesame seeds or furikake Lime Organic mayonnaise Sweet chilli sauce Thai basil or herbs of choice.
