Follow the step: 1) First Power off your phone totally. 2) Remove Sim Card. 3) Now, Hold press call button (green button), 3 and * . 4) Next Press power button with hold pressing other button. (Call button 3 * next power button hold press.) 4) Wait 2-3 minute. Now your phone fully formated.
