We spoke with Shima Takeshi, a space designer who drives a Volvo 240 Estate. He has been in love with the shape of this car since he got his driver’s license, and now he uses his first car every day, from commuting to camping. He says that the appeal of the car is that it’s not too sophisticated, but just the right amount of unrefined.
