Joe Frazier Vs George Foreman 2 tool place i on June 16th 1976. In their first fight, Foreman hurt Frazier in the first round and Frazier was never able to recover. Foreman won by 2 Rd TKO. Frazier would fight a smarter fight in this rematch than he did in the first fight. But it was still not enough as Foreman was able to hurt Frazier in the 5th round and would ultimately score the 5th round TKO.
