What comes first in future-oriented new building areas? Clearly: it's the heating supply. And that's exemplary – and truly sustainable – in the “Kellerbergbreite“ new building area in Schrobenhausen. Why? Because we've built a geothermal well system and a cold district heating network for a total of 64 residential buildings. Specifically, we drilled 119 geothermal wells up to 60 meters deep and laid around 50 km of pipelines. All done hand in hand with our large family. For a cozy home.
