The biannual Cold Steel parking lot sale in May of 2018 was one for the books. We introduced a new throwing event, where attendees had a chance to throw either a Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel, Cold Steel tomahawk, or Cold Steel throwing knife for an opportunity to win a Luke LaFontaine throwing knife-- all they had to do was make a bullseye! We had more cutting, sparring, and sword fighting demonstrations than ever before. Cold Steel president Lynn C. Thompson even split an apple in half with a Samburu Spear from 35 feet away!
