Black Sheep is the first album released under the “Hammer“ banner led by Jan Hammer, released in 1978. It was his first album since recording “Melodies“ with the Jan Hammer Group in 1977. This album also features Hammer covering “Manic Depression“ by Jimi Hendrix.
