Recipe for 2 Ingredients - 2 chicken breasts - 6 pieces of streaky bacon - 80g cheddar cheese The below is for a basic BBQ sauce, feel free to swap this out with your favourite BBQ sauce instead. - 80g tomato ketchup - 30g apple cider vinegar (I used rice wine vinegar as I had run out of apple cider) - 25g chilli honey (or normal honey) - 20g Worcestershire sauce - 1g smokey paprika - 1g garlic powder - 1g onion powder 1. Start by wrapping your chicken breasts in streaky bacon. 2. Place on a lined tray and 180°c oven. 3. After 20 minutes, start glazing the chicken with the bbq sauce every 5 minutes. 4. Once your chicken breast has reached an internal temperature of 70°c, grate some cheese over the top and place back in the oven to melt. 5. Serve with potato mash or chips and green beans. 6. Enjoy!
