How to make a Hank cake topper ( The octopus, or technically the septopus ) from the new Finding Dory movie. I make this cake model using modelling paste / gum paste, you could also use fondant / roll out icing and mix in some tylose powder to make it set a little harder. Tools and products used in this video - Modelling paste - Cake knife - Balling tool - Cake modelling tool - 1.5 piping nozzle -
