The Meng 1/35 Scale 171 Panther G Tank with Air Defence Armor: A Masterpiece in Miniature In this video, I'll show you the process of finishing the iconic WWII Panther G tank from Meng, with special attention to painting and weathering techniques used on this scale model tank. Witness the transformation of this model kit into a stunningly realistic miniature, with an attention to detail that goes into every AFV Studio project. The Panther was Germany's answer to the Russian T-34 It was an excellent design, but like with most of Germany's 'super tanks' it was over complicated, time consuming and expensive to build. It could never be produced in the numbers needed to stem the tide of advancing Russian forces. Issues with reliability, although addressed, could not be fully fixed within its production cycle. The Ausf G was the last version of this German tank to be produced with production starting in March 1944. Approximately 2961 were produced up to the factories being captured in 1945 at the end of WW II. Enjoy the video and please comment and I will try to respond in good time. Thanks for watching.
