Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, and Carlacia Grant who star in the hit Netflix series Outer Banks speak exclusively with The Queer Review’s editor James Kleinmann about season 3 launching globally on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023. The new season opens with their characters stranded on a desert island, which they’ve named “Poguelandia,” so we began the interview by asking Madelyn Cline who plays Sarah, Madison Bailey who plays Kiara, and Carlacia Grant who plays Cleo how well they think they would survive in real life, how they bond as a cast when the cameras aren’t rolling, what it’s really like to shoot in those glamorous looking locations, and what they’ve enjoyed exploring with their characters this time around.
