When I wake up in the morning, I get ready for school. When I look out my window, I see leaves descending from the trees. When I step outside, I feel a breeze from the wind. When I look on the ground, I crunch dead brown leaves with my shoes. When I gaze at birds, I see them flying to a warmer place. When I look at other animals. I see them getting ready for winter. When the weekend comes, I see football on the TV. When I see and feel these things, I can tell it’s fall! ———————————————— Why is read aloud important? “The U.S. Department of Education Commission on Reading took into account over 10,000 studies and found that the most important activity for building the skills and background for eventual success in reading is reading aloud to children.“ At Mr. Corder’s Kid Books Read Aloud, I try and find the most exciting and interesting books for kids. Reading is one of the most important skills for children in preschool, kindergarten, first and second grade to develop (and in the higher grades of course). Read Aloud kids books are just another way to help students develop this love for reading! ———————————————— Thank you for stopping by and checking out my books for kids!
