Film&Edit:CLP Mix&Mastering:Shimo-Ren “Hibiya“ was born from a chance meeting between four beatboxers: Colaps and River’, the duo known as Rogue Wave, along with Yamori and John-T, the pair forming Jairo. All four were finalists in the Grand Beatbox Battle 2023 duo category. Following their electrifying face-off, a shared desire to create something together ignited within them. They decided to meet up at Hibiya Park to craft a unique 4-person beatbox routine. Their collaborative work methods seamlessly melded, and miraculously, within a mere two hours, they conceptualized, structured, and they were able to execute their creative vision. The recording of this routine took place later that same evening. Given its roots in Hibiya Park, the routine got its name from there. Now, “Hibiya“ is in your hands.
