Systema has one of the worst perceptions of Martial Arts... So I tried one of their classes, and boy was I surprised! Glenn Murphy, student of Vladimir Vasiliev taught me physical and mental body conditioning, (pain conditioning lol), punch absorption and how to get harder systema punches.
