Covering three levels of technical demand, each video will cover several exercises that will not only help you improve your fundamental skills, but also expose you to the drumming philosophies of some of today's master instructors! In this ZILDJIAN WORKOUT episode, Steve Fidyk takes you through his personal warmup exercise that he calls “Rolling In Triplet Rhythms with Accents.“ There are 5 exercise patterns he uses in this warmup. First he starts on the snare drum then begins to orchestrate it on the toms and finally adds in some double strokes on the snare. He goes through these 5 patterns twice, once at a slower tempo and then again at a faster pace. So grab your sticks & practice pad - and get ready for a workout!
