In this workout you start with an athletic cardio choreography as activation. Then we do 21 different strength, athletic and cardio exercises in a 60/30 interval. Full power and intensive workload are guaranteed. You don't need any equiment but maebe a chair, a step or a towel. This fitness class lasts 55 minutes.
