Ukraine 'taken 100 Russian prisoners of war and hopeful of a swap soon' - Ukrainian MP

Ukraine says it has taken “around 100 prisoners of war“ following its incursion into Russian territory, and yesterday its army “gained several extra kilometres.“ Speaking to Sky News, Ukrainian MP for Kharkiv, Maria Mezentseva said its Russian prisoners were being kept in compliance with international humanitarian law, claiming the Russians were not doing the same and had “taken civilians“. She expressed her hope the next prisoner swap would be “organised soon“ and reiterated the need for Western allies to help supply long-range artillery.
