Deathloop has plenty of mindblowing details in it. I accept no responsibility for blowing your mind with these hidden secrets and Easter eggs. The fault lies entirely with Arkane Studios. They are, of course, the Deathloop developers, and they’ve done such a good job with the details that you’d think they also are trapped in their own time loop, endlessly constructing a video game for all of eternity. What a life. All of these Deathloop references and callbacks have given me lots to think about. For instance, I might think about the fact you can link an invader with NPCs using Nexus and then kill them in one shot by headshotting the NPC, or how you can use Shift to swap places with someone while you’re sitting on top of a proximity mine. Or I might just think about the return of the password Easter egg, 0451, which is a classic password that has shown up in many games, including System Shock and Deus Ex, and only big time Gamers like me will understand that reference because of all the ga
