Leo Tolstoy was a Russian writer who is regarded as one of the greatest authors of all time. Not only that, he also appeared to be pretty adept at the piano. According to the composer Alexander Goldenweiser, he and Sergei Taneyev helped to transcribe the Waltz while Tolstoy performed it for them in 1906. Beautiful harmonies. Once again I felt like I struggled with the tempo and keeping things steady, but musical. Sheet Music:
