Francois “Faf“ de Klerk is a South African professional rugby union player. He plays as a scrum-half for Japan Rugby League One club Yokohama Canon Eagles and the South Africa national team. He made his professional debut for the Lions in 2014. He was a member of the South African team that won the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Nicknamed the Pitbull for his tenacity and desire to play aggressive rugby.
