This is number 20: The city of Vladivostok in Primorsky Krai Vladivostok is the capital of Primorsky Krai, Russia, located around the Golden Horn Bay. It serves as the eastern terminus of the Trans-Siberian Railway and a major Pacific port - The city is the home port of the Russian Pacific Fleet and is the largest Russian port on the Pacific coast.
