You can now cook at home your favorite fried rice from Chinese restaurants! It’s so simpol, it can be ready in just a few minutes! Serves 4 to 5. INGREDIENTS: Set A: 5 cups cooked white rice 1 tablespoon so sauce ½ teaspoon white black pepper Set B: 3 tablespoons cooking oil 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 piece onion, minced 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1/2 cup minced carrots 1/4 cup Chinese sausage or ham or pork asado, diced 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled, deveined and chopped Set C: 3 raw eggs, beaten 3/4 cup sweet peas 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional) 1/4 cup green onion, chopped Salt, to taste
