Alex Carlin wrote this song because people often ask him, “Alex, where do you live?”, and the answer is a laugh, and a good subject for a song: “RZD”, the Russian railroad system. This is because for 5 years Alex has been constantly on a concert tour of Russia. There is no reason for Alex to rent a flat in one single city because he is always “on the road” in Russia, on RZD, from the northern Arctic Circle to the southern Black Sea, from the western Smolensk to the eastern Vladivostok. And in Russia, with such huge distances between the cities, each train ride can last many days and nights. RZD rides are full of adventures - parties in the restaurant car, singing in the wagons, falling in love with the girl next to you, seeing the “real Russia”. Much better than flying in the airplane! Alex understands that many years ago, in the USA, Rock and Roll was created by bands touring around places like Alabama and Texas. But today that kind of wild creative spirit has a new location - Russia! ALEX CARLIN BAND has Denis Matuizo, a Belorussian, on drums, and Andrey Samoylov, a Russian from St. Petersburg, on bass. Alex, from California, plays guitar and sings. The animation for this video was made by Serj Demushkin. The Pravda newspaper was created by Viktor Ryabov. The venue for the concert was in Moscow at the “Imagine Cafe”, thanks to Nash Tavkhelidze. Actresses are Sveta Chudina, Irina Sharapova, Anastasia Dimirova and Alexandra Lyogenskaya Cameras Alex Kindats, Zinnur Gayfullin, Alex Carlin and Anatoly Goronesko (360 drone shots) Directed by Anatoly Goronesko and Alex Carlin High vocal harmonies by Leo from Leos Hellscream VLOG Hellscream Academy More about Alex Carlin Алекс_К...
