Assault groups carry out combat missions to clear areas of the enemy. The work is carried out both in forest-steppe areas, in areas of populated areas, on hills and in folds of the terrain. A special place and role is given to the combat work of units when checking enemy trenches, dugouts, strongholds and observation points. The assault groups developed the tactics of secretly advancing through previously cleared areas of the terrain. Small groups work secretly, literally crawling up to the fortifications within throwing distance of a live grenade. Rare footage shows how the assault group is dispersed through the forest, all movements have been verified in training. Here it’s already for testing. According to the plan, the enemy is actively working with artillery and is preparing to call fire on himself. The closest strongpoint to our positions with an observation post is one dash away. A grenade is thrown, pre-emptive fire and the assault group enters the trenches. Russian soldiers are occupying the next trench. The training program included the restoration of skills in the use of small arms, driving combat vehicles, controlling various types of unmanned aerial vehicles, providing first aid and procedures in various situations.
