The frustrated locals were fed up and decided NO WAY they would stay in NORWAY. They decided to sell the remote village and obviously get the heck out of there. Life is hard in an isolated fishing village in Arctic Norway. Jobs are difficult to find and the freezing climate does not help. The village is probably still up for sale if the right offer comes along. Many of them would still love to leave this isolated village on the cost of northern Norway.
