Enjoy and happy cooking! 😊 💖 💬 Let me know in the comments if you enjoy my vegan recipes. ❤️ SUBSCRIBE to see new recipes: 🥣 Ingredients: 220g | 1 cup yellow split peas 350ml | 1.5 cup water 2tbsp chickpea flour 100g | 1 cup walnuts 2tbsp finely chopped parsley with stems 2 garlic cloves salt and black pepper to taste 1tbsp oil 🧑🍳Cooking tips: ❗You can add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour. ❗You can use dairy-free yogurt, salsa or chutney as a dip sauce 🥣 Method: Rinse and drain 220g | 1 cup yellow split peas Pour 350ml | 1.5 cup water Simmer until water absorbed Transfer cooked yellow split peas to a mixing bowl Mash with potato masher Add 2tbsp chickpea flour Chop 100g | 1 cup walnuts and 2tbsp finely chopped parsley with steams Finely chop 2 garlic cloves Season with salt and black pepper Pour 1tbsp oil Mix until combined Shape into small patties Heat a little olive oil in a non stick skillet.
