Introduction: The production line is mainly used in drilling and band sawing of H beam, U beam which are applied in the fields, such as construction, bridge, boiler, stereo garage, offshore drilling platform and specially in steel structure which requires high precision and easy operation. Structure and configuration: The combination production line consists of XT-SWZ700 H Beam CNC Drilling line and XT-YJC700 H-Beam CNC Band Sawing Machine, two pairs of infeed in and outfeed conveyors, two CNC control (system) device and two clamp feeding trolley and 1 group Horizontaltransverse conveyors (Optional), 1 Group Storage Raw Material worktable(Optional) and 1 group Finished workpiece conveyor worktable(Optional), along with electrical system, hydraulic system, cooling system and lubrication system.
