Stockholm Walks: Henriksdalshamnen. Checking out the architecture and design of a brand new area.

Walking through a new part of the city. Shoreline location today, bottom of a lake a 100 years ago, industrial ground until about 10 years ago. I ended up in the area when on a walk about 10 years ago and could hardly get out due to all the construction work. A rather nice walk today. Across the canal from Södermalm, part of ”inner Stockholm city” or a suburb is a slightly touchy subject and the answer varies depending on who you ask. Lots of large windows like the rest of Hammarby Sjöstad.
