Incidentul USS Liberty Incidentul USS Liberty a fost un atac asupra unei nave de cercetare tehnică a Marinei Statelor Unite, USS Liberty, de către avioanele de vânătoare cu reacție ale forțelor aeriene israeliene și bărcile torpile cu motor israelian, la 8 iunie 1967, în timpul războiului de șase zile. Atacul combinat aerian și maritim a ucis 34 de membri ai echipajului, a rănit 171 de membri ai echipajului și a deteriorat grav nava. THE USS LIBERTY, Every American Must Know 720p USS Liberty incident The USS Liberty incident was an attack on a United States Navy technical research ship, USS Liberty, by Israeli Air Force jet fighter aircraft and Israeli Navy motor torpedo boats, on 8 June 1967, during the Six-Day War. The combined air and sea attack killed 34 crew members, wounded 171 crew members, and severely damaged the ship.
