An attempt of seizing an Orthodox church in the Ukrainian city of Kamenets-Podolsky is taking place now. The entire process is always carefully planned so that it’s not obvious what the regime is doing. Two days ago, a large group of people from this church went on a multi-day pilgrimage on foot. The Ukrainian police and conscription officers came when the piligrims gathered at the church. Many of the men who were going to go on that pilgrimage got conscripted. Now when many of the active parisioners are not there, a group of people gathered by the church. The local city authorities and police are among them. They staged a “vote“ for the church to leave the jurisdiction of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. People with Satanist T-shirt insignia were seen among the “voters“. In addition, people who were simply driving by were pressured to sign a paper that says they are against the Orthodox Church. All of it is to make it look like there’s democracy in Ukraine.
