The video demonstrates palpation of the heart area. A physical examination method of the patient to determine the symptoms of systolic and diastolic tremor. Systolic tremor at the base of the aorta is a symptom of aortic stenosis. Diastolic tremor at the apex of the heart is a symptom of stenosis of the left atrioventricular orifice.
