Former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is aiming to become a three-time world champion. But first, he must get past the dangerous IBF champion Daniel “Dynamite” Dubois when the pair meet at Wembley Stadium on September 21. The former two-time unified champion AJ, lost his title in September 2021. Ever since then, he has been fighting his way back into contention and relevance. The 34-year-old Joshua has won his last four fights in a row, bringing his record to 28 wins and 3 losses. The 26-year-old Dubois is a heavyweight powerhouse known for his high knockout percentage. He has won all but one of his 23 fights by knockout, with just two losses. Dubois was elevated from interim to full IBF champion after undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk vacated the title to face Tyson Fury in a rematch. With Dubois now officially a world champion, he is set to make the first defense of his title against Anthony Joshua on September 21. But while we wait for this highly anticipated showdown, now is the best time to look at both boxers’ last fights.
