Silent Hill 3 Hidden japanese voices

I don't know exactly what i've done, i was just fooling around when this Insane Cancer “talked“...wtf It seems Heather must have equiped the PrincessHeart costume and the Maul (only for the scream). It worked for me in some rooms at the Alternate Hilltop Center, not sure if there's more. I was under Hard difficulty (Action and Riddle) This is the PC version by the way
