Tourism Authority of Thailand | One and Only contest - Wai Kru and Mission Muaythai

This is the third day at Banchamek Gym and the most important day of mission ’Muay Thai’. After a regular training in the morning, the competitors learn about Muay Thai rules, equipments, history and how to perform Wai Kru or paying respect to the teacher. In the afternoon, they attend the Wai Kru ceremony and become Buakaw’s students who receive Monkol or the headband directly from him. Finally, they perform the mission to show their knowledge about Muay Thai that they have learned so far.
