On the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive version of de_train (a bomb defusal map), there is a small cafe near the Terrorist spawn area. In that cafe (more like an apartment or something) is a radio that plays this music. (Again, likely written by Mike Morasky.) Sound familiar? To find this music yourself in the CS:GO files, its address is /csgo/ A big thanks has to go to Leyawynn for pointing this out to me.
