BEAUTIFUL.🥰 🔥“Meat Sauce“ Pasta Bolognese🔥 Ingredients: - Pasta of your choice - Ground beef 1 lb -1 Pork sausage - San Marzano crushed tomatoes - Parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese) - Garlic - Salt and pepper - Celery Carrots and Onions - Red wine or marsala cooking wine Instructions: In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, celery, carrots, and onions. Cook and stir for a few mins. Add in the beef and pork. Break down the meat to small pieces. Cook till fully brown. Add about half a cup of red wine then cook it down till you can't smell the wine. Add the tomatoes. Add a good lil bit of salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 20 mins. Cook your pasta in salted boiling water. Add to the sauce. Add the parmesan. Add some pasta water. Stir.
