Gershwin was deeply affected by the Ukrainian lullaby “The Dream Passes by the Windows” when he heard it sung by the Koshetz Ukrainian National Choir at Carnegie Hall in 1929. We tried to combine these two songs and made for you this little fantasy where everything relates to summer: humor, joy, dance and a bit of melancholy. W
