Joe Biden on Wednesday said the explosion at a Gaza hospital appeared not to have been caused by Israel. Based on what I’ve seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you.' He said the US would give Israel what it needed to defend itself and added: 'We have to also bear in mind that Hamas does not represent all the Palestinian people and has brought them only suffering'.
