Men wash their faces and feet at a fountain in the street, then go into a temple. In Yugoslavia we see the Belgrade Police putting on a motorbike and horse riding display for a crowd at a stadium. Various stunts include riding on a motorcycle through a flaming hoop and policemen balancing on horse riders' shoulders while carrying flags. At a New Jersey amusement park in the United States of America we see the world's first all-electric orchestra playing a tune called 'Powerhouse' by Raymond Scott. The musicians play electronic instruments (mostly violins) that are plugged into amplifiers controlled by the conductor. Superimposed visuals of generators whirling round.
