This is great for creating Sharp Shoulders. BlakeFit is adamant about increasing range of motion and building functional muscle. Here we combo a Lateral Raise with a Shoulder fly. Finishing with only the lateral raise. Aim for a 2-3 sec hold at the top of the raise. Make this a drop set as opposed to spotter for growth reps.
