Beverly “Guitar“ Watkins 80th Birthday party at the Foundry in Athens, Ga. April 27, 2019 with her Athens stalwarts the Rick Fowler Band (Rick Fowler, Michael Doke, Deane Quinter, Greg Veale, Tim White). These are seasoned musicians that listen and respond to Beverly. Always dynamic and fun, no two shows are the same. She'd been in the hospital and was quite energetic that night. She“s recently suffered a stroke and we're not up to date on her prognosis.
