NATO Code Name: Fulcrum is a twin engine fighter aircraft that was developed in the Soviet Union. The C-RAM/Phalanx CIWS (Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar) system and CIWS (Close In Weapon System) use a 20mm gatling cannon to destroy incoming targets.
