Four decades after The Who concert disaster claimed the lives of 11 people, the band is coming back to Cincinnati. Tanya O'Rourke spoke exclusively to rock legends Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey about the horror they and thousands of others experienced the night of Dec. 3, 1979. The deadly stampede and its ever-present aftermath are the basis of WCPO's documentary “The Who: The Night That Changed Rock.“
