Elon Musk HUMILIATED By Twitters Lawyers Over His Censorship Claims

Elon Musk’s claims that the US government and Twitter were working together to “censor“ people based on their political viewpoints have been debunked by Twitter’s own lawyers. In 2021, former President Donald Trump sued Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, claiming that they violated his First Amendment rights by banning him from their platforms. Trump’s lawsuit was dismissed, but he has appealed the decision. However, the documents show that Twitter had a competent trust & safety team that made decisions about content moderation based on the company’s policies. Trump’s lawsuit against Twitter was dismissed, and his lawyers have not provided any new evidence to support their claims.
