#NOTFOREIGNER A 98-year-old WWII veteran who moved from Latvia to Russia's Pskov Oblast has received a Russian passport Vasily Moskalyonov, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, was officially presented with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, according to Pskov Oblast Governor Vedernikov. Latvian authorities deemed Moskalyonov a “threat to society“ and demanded that he sign a “loyalty questionnaire“ condemning his Motherland — Russia.
