In this livestream, we will explore the use of System Composer for Software and AUTOSAR architectures. We will cover the basics of service-oriented architecture constructs, including client-server ports, and how they can be leveraged to create scalable and maintainable software architectures. Join us to learn how to use System Composer to design effective software architectures that meet your system's needs. Highlights: • Identify the unique strengths of each template available in System Composer for architecting and take your software design to the next level. • Learn how to effectively utilize a service-oriented approach to define your software and gain a competitive edge in the market. • Streamline your software development process by generating and deploying code directly from your architectures, saving time and resources About the Presenters: Shwetha Bhadravathi Patil is a Senior Product Manager at MathWorks, focusing on AUTOSAR, DDS, SOA/SDV and Simulink code generation products. Before joining MathWorks, Shwetha worked as a software developer at Aptiv (formerly known as Delphi Automotive) on AUTOSAR-based projects. Then, she worked at Analog Devices Inc as a technical marketing engineer for automotive Video CODECs. Shwetha graduated from Tufts University with a MS in Engineering Management and Manipal University with a MS in automotive embedded systems. Josh Kahn has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in space systems engineering from The University of Michigan. Josh joined MathWorks in 2020, bringing with him ten years of experience in the aviation industry, including leading system development and integration efforts of both military and commercial avionics systems and qualification and test of mechanical and software components. Josh collaborates with MathWorks’ trusted business partners to develop systems engineering best practices using MathWorks’ suite of MBSE tools and also internally provides industry feedback to further the development of the tools to meet customer needs. Most recently, Josh co-authored a paper that won Best of Conference at the 2023 Digital Avionics Systems Conference on data message modeling using the novel eSAM methodology which is being jointly developed with Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
